Xsense Returns & Refunds
- Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from return.
Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

Refunds:

Items for sale:

- Offered items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@xsense.store.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped it directly to you, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift was ordered for delivery at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift and he will know about your return.
Shipping and returns:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
